Six Teens Loose Their Life in Louisiana

Too many people just really don't have the fundamentals of life of them is swimming. African-American children drown at a rate almost three times higher than white children, according to Make a Splash, a national child-focused water safety initiative created by the USA Swimming Foundation. Of course this is not just solely based on African-Americans, it's the family's themselves. Imagine being a mother or a father and which your children dying in a fight to swim. You can't do anything about it because YOU can't swim--which is the case in point to this family below in Shreveport, Louisiana.
