20 Minute Workout Just as Effective!

I've been on an EXTREME workout kick to finally loose the baby weight and get back into an amazing shape. My workout's typically last from 1hr-1 and 20 minutes. But, taking a look CNN's website gave me an interesting take. According to CNN's chief Medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, you can workout at an intense right for 1 minute and rest immediately following for 1 minute and the same results.
